Infinix GT 50 Pro Launches in India Today With an Epic Gaming Bundle Gamers Will Love

The Infinix GT 50 Pro launches in India today, 27 October 2026, and it is not arriving alone. Alongside the phone, Infinix is bringing a full gaming bundle to India, which is the part of this launch that actually deserves attention. The phone itself is a performance-first gaming device, and it will be sold on Flipkart, but the bundle is what separates it from every other phone in its price neighbourhood.

Here is the honest starting point. The Infinix GT 50 Pro is a gaming phone first and everything else second. If you play competitive mobile games for hours, this launch matters to you. If you mostly want a great camera, it probably does not, and this article will explain why without hiding that.

Infinix GT 50 Pro: What Is Actually Confirmed

Infinix has already confirmed the core specifications ahead of the launch. The phone runs on the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display running at 144Hz. Infinix claims support for up to 144 frames per second in compatible games, including Call of Duty: Mobile and Free Fire, though real frame rates always depend on the game and its settings.

The gaming hardware goes further than the screen. The Infinix GT 50 Pro has pressure-sensitive GT Trigger 2.0 shoulder buttons, so your index fingers get real controls instead of on-screen buttons. Cooling is handled by the HydroFlow liquid cooling system, which uses a dedicated window on the rear panel that exposes the liquid cooling channels. The design is CyberMecha-inspired, with a Kevlar-style textured finish, and the Mechanical Lighting Waves system uses four RGB light strips in the GT crosshair pattern, with 14 lighting effects that respond to calls, gaming sessions and music.

The rest of the package is solid rather than spectacular. There is a 6,500mAh battery with 45W wired charging, 30W wireless charging and reverse charging in both wired and wireless forms. The cameras are a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 13MP selfie camera. The phone runs XOS 16 based on Android 16, and the global model is stated to receive three major OS upgrades with five years of security patches, though India-specific confirmation of that update promise is still awaited. It comes in Black Abyss and Red Blaze colours.

The Gaming Bundle Is the Real Story

Most gaming phones sell you the phone and leave the accessories to you. Infinix is doing the opposite here. The GT 50 Pro Gaming Ecosystem bundle, worth Rs 24,999, comes free with the phone in India. It includes four items: the GT NX Controller, which supports handheld play and compatible two-player gaming; the GT NX Station, which enables gameplay on compatible TVs and monitors at up to 4K resolution and 60Hz; the GT MagCharge Cooler 2.0, which combines thermoelectric cooling with wireless charging; and a GT 50 Pro MagSafe Cover.

Think about what that means in practice. A phone plus a controller plus a TV dock plus a cooler, bought separately, would cost thousands of rupees on top of the phone. Here, the idea is one box that turns the phone into a handheld console at home and on the go. That is a genuinely different proposition from a phone that merely has a fast chip, and it is the reason this launch is worth watching even if you have never bought an Infinix phone before.

Infinix GT 50 Pro Price in India: Rs 69,999

The official price is now confirmed, and it is higher than every pre-launch estimate. The Infinix GT 50 Pro costs Rs 69,999 in India for its single 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model, in Black Abyss and Red Blaze colours. Pre-orders are open on Flipkart and Infinix’s official online store, and the phone goes on sale on 30 October 2026.

The launch offers change the math. The GT 50 Pro Gaming Ecosystem bundle worth Rs 24,999 comes free with the phone, including the GT NX Station, GT NX Controller, GT Cooling Fan cum Charger and a GT 50 Pro MagSafe Cover. Eligible bank cards get an instant discount of Rs 5,000, which brings the effective price to Rs 64,999, with no-cost EMI up to 18 months. For context, that effective price is still well above the OnePlus 15R’s festive effective price of Rs 54,999, which shows what buyers in the performance segment can already get.

Who Should Buy It, and Who Should Wait

Buy it if you are a serious mobile gamer who plays daily, wants physical triggers, and likes the idea of docking the phone to a TV. The combination of the Dimensity 8400 Ultimate, the 144Hz display, the cooling system and the bundle is built exactly for that person.

Wait if your priority is cameras, because a 50MP plus 8MP setup is ordinary in this segment and this phone does not pretend otherwise. Wait if Rs 69,999 stretches your budget, because even after the Rs 5,000 bank discount the effective price of Rs 64,999 sits in premium territory, and the free bundle has to work hard to justify it against established performance phones. And if you are not a gamer at all, this phone was never made for you, no matter how good the bundle looks.

Infinix GT 50 Pro and the Gaming Phone Market in India

Gaming phones have always been a niche in India, and most buyers simply buy a fast mainstream phone instead. Infinix is betting that a complete bundle can change that calculation. At Rs 69,999, the GT 50 Pro is not just a phone launch, it is a bet that Indian gamers will pay premium money for a complete gaming setup in a single box. Whether Indian buyers accept that idea will be decided by the price tag more than by any single specification, and that is why today matters.
